At All Together Wellness, we believe therapy should be meaningful— for families and for clinicians.
We’re a clinician‑owned, multidisciplinary pediatric and family wellness practice, and we’re growing. We’re looking for a
part‑time or full‑time Speech‑Language Pathologist
who wants to do work that truly matters, without burnout or rigid schedules.
Purpose‑driven, relationship‑based care
Families who are engaged, grateful, and invested
W2 employment
with flexibility and support
The ability to
set your own schedule
(with at least
2 afternoon shifts/week )
Variety in your week: clinic, home, and community‑based sessions
Collaborative care alongside PTs, OTs, feeding therapists, and wellness providers
Supportive leadership that trusts clinicians and values their lives outside of work
Provide individualized pediatric speech & language therapy
Support expressive/receptive language, speech sound disorders, early communication, social communication, and more
Partner closely with caregivers for real‑life carryover
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team that respects your expertise
Option to participate in community programs or groups if desired
Holds a Master’s in Speech‑Language Pathology
Is licensed (or license‑eligible) in Florida
Loves pediatrics and family‑centered care
Values collaboration, autonomy, and meaningful progress
Can commit to at least two afternoon shifts per week
Experience in reading intervention, feeding, neurodiversity‑affirming care, or holistic approaches is a plus—but alignment, heart, and curiosity matter most.
