Position Title: Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
Position Details
Location: Picayune, MS
Setting: Outpatient Pediatrics
Employment Type: Full-Time or Part-Time
Reports To: Clinical Director
Position Overview The Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist provides evidence-based, child-centered speech and language therapy in an outpatient pediatric setting. This role is ideal for clinicians who are passionate about helping children communicate, value meaningful one-on-one care, and are seeking a sustainable alternative to high-volume school-based caseloads.
Clinical Focus
Pediatric speech and language disorders
Early intervention
Articulation and phonology
Expressive and receptive language delays
Feeding and swallowing
Autism spectrum disorders
Developmental delays
Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations
Develop and implement individualized, goal-driven plans of care
Deliver play-based, evidence-based pediatric therapy
Educate and collaborate with families to support carryover
Maintain timely, accurate documentation per clinic and state standards
Collaborate with OTs, PTs, and support staff in a team-based environment
Participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development
Schedule & Work Environment
Flexible scheduling options (8/10/12 Hours shifts available)
Daytime hours
No weekends
No on-call requirements

Qualifications Education
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
Licensure & Certification
CCC-SLP or Clinical Fellowship (CF) eligibility
Active state SLP license or eligibility for licensure
Experience
Pediatric experience preferred but not required
