What You’ll Do The Registered Nurse serves as a leader of the healthcare team by establishing authentic, personalized relationships with patients and their support systems, collaborating with physicians and other team members to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans that promote optimal health or support a peaceful death. The RN utilizes best scientific evidence and compassion to guide patients, and accepts responsibility, authority, and accountability for management and provision of care in accordance with current policies and procedures.

Responsibilities include:

Providing high‑quality patient care during night shifts.

Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care.

Ensuring patient safety and adherence to “First Do No Harm.”

Engaging the strengths and talents of each team member to deliver remarkable patient experience.

What We’re Looking For

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required.

Associate or Bachelor’s degree in nursing preferred.

Current valid North Carolina nursing license or Multi‑State/Compact required.

One‑year relevant experience preferred.

Ability to complete a board‑approved refresher course if license inactive, retired, or lapsed for five years or more.
