Dietary Supervisor – Full Time
Company: M2 HEALTHCARE LTD. This position involves managing food service operations for the facility. Work schedule: Monday – Friday, 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM. Responsibilities
Plans, assigns and inspects the work of Food Service staff. Schedules and assigns staff as needed. Supervises the storage and care of food and supplies. Oversees the cleaning of the kitchen, storage and dining areas, and equipment. Checks residents' trays for consistency with the specified menu and works on tray line during meal times. Assists cooks with the production of meals for service, as required. Coordinates and plans food preparation activities for special events. Requirements
Prior supervisor experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF). Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent. Excellent communication skills. Must be able to work as a team member. Benefits
