Location 1350 Bridgeport Dr. Suite 21, Kernersville, NC
Responsibilities
Handling goods and materials; transporting to production and bin locations.
Loading and unloading materials for use in production.
Placing raw materials and packaging supplies in proper inventory locations.
Meeting or exceeding productivity standards set by management.
Alerting management of issues or discrepancies.
Participating in physical inventories and cycle counts.
Maintaining a clean work area for safe and efficient operation.
Inspecting equipment as required to ensure safety and accuracy.
Following all safety requirements for machine operation; wearing appropriate safety equipment at all times.
Providing support to other production teams or functions, as needed.
Qualifications
Minimum Education
– High School Diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent.
Required Experience
– Pallet jack experience; 1 year experience in manufacturing.
Required Skills
– Demonstrated ability to read, write and speak English fluently; general, verbal, and numerical intelligence; ability to accurately read a tape measure and ruler; knowledge of RF scan gun preferred.
Preferred Certifications
– Forklift experience.
Physical Requirements
Constantly stand and frequently walk; frequently bend from waist and twist.
Constantly lift up to 30 lbs (13.6 kg) and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs (23.6 kg) from floor to overhead.
Occasionally reach horizontally and overhead; constantly push/pull using total body and upper extremities.
Review physical requirements matrix for all requirements.
Work Environment
High noise levels and moving machinery.
Work environment not climate‑controlled and subject to dust and high/low temperatures.
Must be able to work safely in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
