Material Handler - Starting Pay $14.40 / hr
Location: 1350 Bridgeport Drive, Suite 21, 1st Shift

Responsibilities
Translate materials to/from workstations and racks, using forklifts, carts, and pallet jacks.
Transport goods to production and bin locations.
Load and unload materials for use in production.
Place raw materials and packaging supplies in proper inventory locations.
Meet or exceed productivity standards set by management.
Identify and alert management of issues or discrepancies.
Participate in physical inventories and cycle counts.
Maintain a clean work area for safe and efficient operation.
Inspect equipment to ensure safety and accuracy.
Follow all safety requirements for machine operation and wear appropriate safety equipment.
Provide support to other production teams or functions, as needed.
Minimum Education
High School Diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent.
Required Experience
Pallet jack experience.
Forklift experience (preferred).
1 year experience in manufacturing (preferred).
Other Qualifications
Demonstrated ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
General, verbal, and numerical intelligence, including reading and matching of numerical sequences.
Ability to accurately read a tape measure, ruler, and calipers.
Knowledge of RF scan gun preferred.
Physical Requirements
Constantly stand and frequently walk.
Frequently bend from waist and twist.
Constantly lift up to 30 lbs/13.6 kg and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs/23.6 kg from floor to overhead.
Occasionally reach horizontally and overhead.
Constantly push/pull using total body and upper extremities, occasionally reach horizontally.
Feel with the touch of the fingers.
Constantly grasp, carry, and push with both hands.
Constantly move arms, hands, and fingers to grasp, manipulate, or move/transport objects.

Work Environment
High noise levels and moving machinery.
Work environment is not climate-controlled and subject to dust and high/low temperatures.
Must be able to work safely in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
