Empowered Healing Dallas is a social justice‑informed therapy practice located in Dallas, Texas. We provide trauma‑informed, culturally competent mental health services to all individuals, valuing and welcoming diverse identities and experiences. Our goal is to empower individuals to live their most authentic lives.
Role Description This is a full‑time hybrid role for a Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Psychologist, or Licensed Clinical Social Worker. The Licensed Therapist will be responsible for providing therapeutic services to clients, tending to associated administrative tasks, and supporting marketing efforts by the administrative team. This is a 1099 contract position that includes monthly CE trainings, weekly team consultation, administrative support, and more.
Qualifications
Master's degree or Ph.D. in Counseling or Clinical Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or related field
Licensed Therapist in the state of Texas or ability to become licensed in Texas
Experience in trauma‑informed therapy and culturally competent practices
Strong treatment planning skills
Ability to establish and maintain therapeutic relationships with clients
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Empathy, compassion, and strong interpersonal skills
Experience with teletherapy platforms and virtual counseling
Willingness to learn about how to best function in a private practice setting
