Responsibilities As an LPN/LVN, you will:
Provide direct patient care, including medication administration, wound care, and monitoring.
Document care activities electronically.
Collaborate with nursing staff and physicians to implement care plans.
Maintain compliance with state regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the state of practice.
Compact license transferred within 90 days if applicable.
Current CPR certification (hands‑on component).
Valid TB skin test within last 12 months.
Six months prior hands‑on nursing experience preferred.
Reliable transportation.
State‑specific requirements (insert).
