Responsibilities
Perform maintenance, repairs, and general upkeep on residential and commercial properties.
Troubleshoot and repair electrical issues, lighting, outlets, and minor wiring.
Conduct preventive maintenance and respond to service requests promptly.
Assist with plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and general building repairs.
Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a safe and organized manner.
Communicate effectively with property managers and tenants to ensure timely completion of work orders.
Requirements
3+ years of maintenance or building repair experience preferred.
Strong electrical repair and troubleshooting skills required.
Knowledge of plumbing, carpentry, and general maintenance practices.
Must be dependable, detail‑oriented, and able to work independently.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed.
Compensation
$20.00 – $30.00 per hour (Depending on Experience)
Full-time, evaluation‑to‑hire opportunity
Monday–Friday schedule with occasional after‑hours maintenance as needed
