Job Duties
Assisting new residents with the transition to Holland Home
Establishing preferences for unit renovations via meetings with prospective residents and their families
Managing renovation information throughout the process
Coordinating move‑in dates with the renovation timeline
Required Skills & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Business Management, or related field
Progressively responsible experience that results in the required specialized knowledge and abilities related to interior design
General knowledge of the methods, techniques and materials used in various areas of construction
Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate and build relationships with incoming residents and their families
Written and computer skills necessary to maintain required documentation
Proven experience to provide excellent customer service to our incoming residents, addressing concerns in a compassionate, timely manner
Benefits
Hourly wage starts at $24.39 without prior experience (increases based on experience)
