Essential Duties
Make guests a priority #1:
Champion exceptional service, solicit feedback, and resolve complaints.
Never stop improving:
Hone operational execution and schedule staffing to meet center needs.
Take every opportunity:
Execute marketing strategies to drive sales (leagues, open play, etc.).
Partner with leagues:
Build relationships with league bowlers and officers to grow league business.
Assemble an all‑star team:
Recruit, hire, train, and schedule hourly center staff.
Show off management skills:
Lead, motivate, delegate, and leverage team strengths.
Drive food & beverage sales:
Manage and expand the F&B program, ensuring quality and guest satisfaction.
Remain flexible:
Work varying shifts, weekends, holidays, and extended days as needed.
Who You Are You are ready to fill in for the General Manager, possess strong guest‑service sensibility, communication skills, and a dedication to developing team talent. You’re flexible, a team player, and looking to advance toward a General Manager role.
Desired Skills
2+ years of management experience in kitchen, bar, restaurant, and food‑service operations
Bachelor’s degree
Ability to supervise center operations staff
Strong team player
Exceptional people developer
Customer service pro
Knowledge of POS register systems
Work Environment / Physical Demands
Typical entertainment environment: walk, bend, stand, lift objects with assistance.
