Role Requirements
A high school diploma or GED.
A valid LPN license in the state of Illinois.
About the Role You are a key member of the facility’s medical team. Your responsibilities include charting and recording medication and treatment, patient observation, performing specific procedures such as recording vital signs, and providing comfort and reassurance to patients.
Chart and record the administration of medication and treatment.
Patient observation.
Perform specific procedures, such as reading and recording vital signs, measuring and recording weight and height, and running other diagnostic tests.
Comfort and reassure apprehensive patients.
