A reputable, expanding healthcare network is seeking a dedicated Outpatient Pediatrician to join its growing ambulatory team. This position is clinic-based, patient-centered, and ideal for physicians passionate about delivering high-quality pediatric primary care in a supportive, community-driven environment.
Position Highlights
Outpatient Only — no inpatient rounding or hospital rotation
No after-hours call
Serve a diverse pediatric population from newborns to adolescents (0–18 years)
Mixture of well visits, immunizations, acute care, chronic disease management, developmental screenings, behavioral/ADHD follow-ups
Strong support team: MAs, RNs, care coordinators, behavioral health
Potential for teaching residents and medical students
Leadership pathways available (clinical, administrative, community programming)

Commitment to community-based care and population health
Strong interest in preventive care and family-centered medicine
Ability to work collaboratively with nursing, behavioral health, and care coordination teams
Desire to grow clinically, participate in teaching, or pursue leadership opportunities

Qualifications
MD/DO; Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics
Active NY license (IMLC accepted)
PALS certification
Outpatient pediatrics experience preferred
