Skyline Heights Nursing and Rehabilitation, formerly known as Bella Terra, is currently searching for a talented in-house PRN Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team. Eduro Healthcare is the new operator, and our therapists are hired in-house to allow better communication and collaboration with the entire facility.
We train our therapists in dementia care and provide mentoring in topics such as standardized testing, cognitive retraining, family and caregiver training, and skilled maintenance programming.

Daily Pay Available & Free CEU Courses Offered Occupational Therapist Job Responsibilities
Evaluate a resident’s condition and develop an appropriate occupational rehabilitation plan.
Help residents improve their mobility.
Help residents through their tasks and monitor their performance.
Inform residents about what they should anticipate in different stages of recovery and how they will handle each situation.
Maintain resident confidence and protect facility operations by keeping information confidential.
Supervise the activities of occupational therapy assistants when required.
Maintain a safe and clean working environment by protecting residents and employees by adhering to infection‑control policies and protocols.
Comply with federal, state, and local legal and professional requirements.
Contribute to inter‑disciplinary team efforts in resident care.
Occupational Therapist Requirements
Must hold current and active OT license or registration in state employed.
Experience working with geriatric patients is a plus.
Completion of orientation required by company policy.
Health screening and TB test within two weeks of employment.
Become familiar with and comply to all local, state, and federal regulations relating to the job.
Show within three (3) days of hire satisfactory evidence of identity and eligibility for employment.
