Key Responsibilities
Provide expert medical-surgical nursing care with a focus on oncology patients
Administer chemotherapy treatments in accordance with certified protocols
Utilize Meditech EMR for accurate charting and patient documentation
Collaborate with a strong charge nurse team to support onboarding and daily care activities
Perform vital signs monitoring at prescribed intervals, including more frequent checks for remote telemetry patients
Communicate promptly with care team members through a dedicated nursing smartphone system
Desired Qualifications
Active RN license with valid Med/Surg experience required
Oncology or chemotherapy certification preferred
ACLS certification is a plus
Ability to thrive in a primary nursing care model and work effectively in a team-driven environment
Positive attitude with a commitment to patient-centered care
