Provide patient care under the direction of nursing leadership
Monitor and document patient conditions and changes
Support with admissions, discharges, and daily rounds
Follow procedures for medication, pharmacy orders, and care plans
Ensure charting and reports meet regulatory standards
What You’ll Need
Active LPN license (Indiana)
Current BLS/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
Long‑term care experience a plus, but not required
