Per Diem / PRN Registered Nurse Med Surg / Telemetry
Trinity Health FirstChoice is seeking a per diem / PRN RN Med Surg / Telemetry to work in Des Moines, Iowa. Positions are flexible, with rotating shifts (day and night) and a continuous hiring model.
Pay Range:
$47.00/hr to $47.00/hr (Base hourly rate $48.00 + differentials). Premium pay along with daily pay and travel per diem opportunities.

Responsibilities
Float throughout the hospital and/or across multiple locations or regions.
Apply standard elements of professional practice: Assess, Outcomes Identification/Solutions, Plan, Implement, Evaluate.
Act independently within the scope of licensure and knowledge.
Maintain accountability for delegation, decisions, and outcomes.
Collaborate with key stakeholders and contribute to quality & improvement initiatives.
Demonstrate agility and willingness to take on new responsibilities.
Embrace new ideas, cultural differences, and manage competing priorities.
Minimum Qualifications
Graduation from an accredited nursing school.
Valid RN licensure in the state of employment.
Minimum 18 months recent clinical experience in Med Surg, Tele, or PCU.
Minimum 2 years recent clinical experience in other specialties (Critical Care, Surgical Services, Maternal Services, Emergency Department, Behavioral Health).
Required credentials per specialty (e.g., ACLS, TNCC). BLS, ACLS, and PALS via American Heart Association.
