Position Summary A Mike’s Carwash Wash Associate is on the front line of customer service, performing the roles of Service Advisor and Director to ensure the facility is clean and prepared for customers.
Primary Responsibilities
Execute Mike’s Purpose: provide the best value by delivering a clean, quick car wash with a smile.
Service Advising: greet and advise customers of Mike’s products/services and process sales transactions.
Directing: safely prep and direct the vehicle into the wash tunnel.
Abide by our Values: Safety, Integrity, Teamwork, Fun, Accountability, Passion.
Maintain customer satisfaction: keep the interior and exterior of the property clean and stocked.
Participate in training to keep skills up to date and seek assistance from management when needed.
Required Work Schedule
Must work all scheduled shifts unless notified otherwise by management.
Attend scheduled Team Meetings.
Must be available to work at least 2 of the following 3 days: Friday, Saturday, or Sunday.
Physical Demands The job requires verbal and written communication, hearing, vision, standing, walking, occasional sitting, stooping, reaching, twisting, repetitive hand movements, operating hand and foot controls, and occasional lifting of up to 50 lbs. for up to 3 feet.
Work Environment The work environment includes outdoor and indoor temperatures ranging from 0–100°F, exposure to chemicals, and the use of gloves, eye protection, and hearing protection. Machinery with moving parts is used occasionally.
