We are looking for a passionate Speech Language Pathologist with a Master’s or Doctorate degree in Speech Language Pathology, current Certificate of Clinical Competence from ASHA, and licensure or eligibility in South Dakota. A valid driver’s license and clean driving record are required. Applicants completing a Clinical Fellowship Year are welcome.
About the Role As an unscheduled part‑time (PRN) Speech Language Pathologist, you will provide outpatient therapy services in a fast‑paced pediatric environment. You will collaborate with a large interdisciplinary team and have the opportunity to work across specialty areas such as feeding and swallowing, autism evaluation, complex communication needs, A2A communication, and tracheostomy/ventilator support.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver individualized speech, language, and feeding/swallowing therapy to pediatric clients.
Collaborate with other SLPs and therapeutic disciplines for co‑treatment sessions.
Document patient progress and develop treatment plans.
Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and case conferences.
Advocate for client‑centered care and maintain professional standards.
Requirements
Master's or Doctorate in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program.
Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CPC) from ASHA or eligibility to enter a Clinical Fellowship Year.
Current licensure or eligibility for licensure in South Dakota.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Flexibility to work part‑time or PRN hours with no weekend availability.
