Job Summary Our client is an innovative, rapidly growing medical group that is changing the way primary care is delivered to seniors. Our state‑of‑the‑art centers are in communities where there is little to no quality healthcare today. The healthcare model is entirely driven by providing better primary care to our patients, not by the volume of services we provide. Because we are fully accountable for the health of our patients, we spend more time with them and offer more comprehensive care. Put simply, we provide the care that our patients deserve.
Advantages
Employed position with above‑market compensation that includes base salary and bonus (based upon quality metrics, not RVUs or volume)
Outpatient primary care responsibilities only
Full malpractice coverage with tail

State‑of‑the‑art centers that are newly built and located within the community
Cloud‑based electronic health record and technology
Ability to practice as part of a collaborative team that may include, but is not limited to, Family Practice and / or Internal Medicine Physicians, RN Clinical Managers, and center team
A fully supportive care team that enables our providers to spend time with their patients and provide outstanding care
Ideal candidates will be :
Currently licensed to practice professional nursing or Physician Assistant in the state of employment, active and non‑probationary
Experienced in primary care : internal medicine, geriatrics, or family medicine
Current BLS / ACLS certification
Driven to and comfortable with managing a primarily Medicare‑aged, medically underserved patient population with comorbid conditions
Strong understanding of examination methodologies and diagnostics
Able to demonstrate interpersonal skills to be approachable and understandable to patients, families, and center team members
Confident in their ability to deliver high quality primary care, which includes being available to patients and addressing their medical and social needs
Passionate about their work and energized by being part of a fast growing organization
Comfortable traveling within the market to multiple centers within short distance of each other
