Job Overview Novant Health seeks a Registered Respiratory Therapist II (RRT) to join the Respiratory Care team at Mint Hill Medical Center in Charlotte, NC.
• Signing bonus up to
$15,000
at qualifying locations. • Relocation reimbursement up to
$7,500
at qualifying locations. • Night shift (7pm‑7am) full‑time schedule.

What You’ll Do
Act as a patient advocate, incorporating education into the interdisciplinary care plan.
Prioritize duties based on patient acuity and ensure timely completion of care interventions and medical orders.
Administer and evaluate medication therapies, perform patient transfers and transports.
Provide routine respiratory care (e.g., ABGs, bronchial hygiene therapy) and advanced care in critical and emergent situations.
Demonstrate independence in Respiratory Care practice, complying with state requirements and standards.
Manage ventilators, participate in code blue, airway management, and blood gas analysis in critical care settings.
Document care in accordance with hospital policy and regulatory requirements.
What We’re Looking For
Education:
2‑Year Associate Degree, required
4‑Year Bachelor’s Degree, preferred
Licensure/Certification:
Current RCP licensure in the appropriate state, required
