Full time – Monday to Friday Compensation
Pay Range: $65,622.66 – $122,055.21 Sign-On Bonus: Up to $10,000 Relocation Bonus: Up to $3,000 Benefits

Document and charge accurately, completely, and timely using measurable and objective terminology following standards of practice, insurance guidelines, and department/hospital policy. Participate in marketing to physicians and physician practices to build referral relationships. Perform evaluations and re-evaluations using recommended techniques and standards. Support consumer marketing and public awareness through community events, educational lectures/speaking, and other extensions of clinical expertise. Adjust hours to assist in other centers and programs as approved by manager or director. Maintain clinical competencies, using evidence-based practices, and serve as a clinical instructor. Oversee care provided by physical therapist assistants and rehabilitation therapy aides. Participate in practice changes and support quality standards and initiatives set by the department. Maintain productivity standards through effective time management and clinical efficiency. Determine physical therapy diagnosis and establish a plan of care, making recommendations for referral if treatment is needed outside PT scope. Design and implement treatment plan utilizing practice standards, recommended techniques, modalities, insurance guidelines, and patient needs. Assess patient ability to safely and effectively perform functional mobility skills and evaluate muscle, nerve, joint, and integumentary systems. Monitor patient response and progress to treatment, modifying the treatment plan as appropriate. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications
