Job Description

Up to $10,000 Sign‑On Bonus

Up to $3,000 Relocation Bonus

Shift: Tuesday, Thursday 10am-7pm at Horizon West; Winter Garden Monday, Wednesday 10am-7pm; Friday 8am-5pm

Responsibilities

Document and charge accurately, completely, and timely using measurable and objective terminology following standards of practice, insurance guidelines, and department/hospital policy and procedures.

Participate in marketing to physicians and physician practices to build referral relationships.

Perform evaluations and re‑evaluations using recommended techniques and standards.

Support consumer marketing and public awareness through participation in community events, educational lectures/speaking, and other extensions of clinical expertise to the community.

Qualifications

Doctorate

Basic Life Support – CPR Cert (BLS)

RQI Resuscitation Quality Improvement

Physical Therapist (PT) – EV Accredited Issuing Body

Physical Therapist – Temporary (PT-TEMP) – EV Accredited Issuing Body

Pay Range $65,622.66 – $122,055.21
