The position of Licensed Clinical Social Worker-Associate calls for a licensed professional clinician with direct experience and skill in treating a range of behavioral health issues.
Responsibilities
Running individual, family and group outpatient therapy sessions
Conducts comprehensive clinical assessment and makes service recommendations
Conducts consumer screening and orientation
Conducting inpatient group therapy sessions
Orienting new service users to RHA
Developing person-centered plans for service users
Oversee the discharge planning process
Facilitating relationships between RHA, service user families/legal guardians and various social service community resources, such as food stamp and housing assistance, healthcare, job training and placement and substance abuse support groups
Pay and Compensation
$58,000 annual
$5,000 sign on bonus

Qualifications
Must meet the requirements of a LCSW
Required Skills Our ideal Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate is an excellent communicator and listener with strong therapeutic skills who works well as part of an interdisciplinary team and runs open and productive therapy sessions. You must also excel at behavioral interviewing techniques to uncover service user needs and be able to anticipate these needs.

Licensed Clinical Social Worker-Associate is defined as an individual who is: (a) an individual who holds a license, provisional license, certificate, registration or permit issued by the governing board regulating a human service profession or (b) the individual must meet the requirements for continuing education to maintain licensure.
Must meet the education, experience, licensure/certification requirements specified by the service definition of the service being provided.
