Behavioral Health Technician / Neil Dobbins / NIGHTS / Fulltime (Regular) at RHA Health Services. Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care to individuals with psychiatric disorders in the facility-based crisis center; ensure the safety and well-being of each patient; support the maintenance of the therapeutic environment. Consistently follow the plan of care designed to meet the emotional needs of the patients, including safety level checks. Actively participate in the quality improvement process. Verbalize and demonstrate proper procedures for infection control. Respond promptly and correctly to codes; demonstrate proper protocols for managing aggressive patients and special precautions. Requirements

A high school diploma or GED 2 years’ experience working at the level of health care assistant Valid driver’s license and automotive insurance required Pay

$17.00 per hour Pre-employment screening

Complete criminal background check Name checked in registries (OIG exclusions database, Child Abuse Registry, and Offenders Against Individuals with Developmental Disabilities) Drug testing Education verification and other credentialing based on position requirements Proof of employment history or references (if required) Proof of driver's license, driver's insurance, and vehicle if driving is required for the role Benefits
