Competitive Compensation – Targeted 1st year annual compensation of $51,200 – $54,200 with an average 45‑hour work week.

Responsibilities
Learn our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches.
Serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind‑the‑scenes operational expert.
Master the knowledge and skills needed to run your own branch, cultivate new business and develop your team.
Participate in a structured program with guidance, mentoring and support.
Build community relationships essential to building your own business.
Excel at customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree, or currently enrolled with one semester left to graduate.
At least 6 months experience in one of the following categories:
Sales (server, fundraising, recruiting, cold calling)
Customer service
Leadership – Military and/or college or professional athletics participation considered in lieu of sales or customer service experience
Valid driver’s license with no more than two moving violations and/or at‑fault accidents on driving record within the last three years.
No drug or alcohol‑related conviction on driving record in the past five years (e.g., DUI/DWI).
Authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship now or in future.
