Responsibilities

Learn our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches.

Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and as the behind‑the‑scenes operational expert.

Master knowledge and skills needed to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business and develop your team.

Receive guidance, mentoring, and support; work in the community and establish relationships essential to building your own business.

Excel at customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations; put customers first.

Participate in a culture of friendly competition critical to growing our business.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree (or currently enrolled with 1 semester left to graduate).

At least 6 months of experience in sales, customer service, or leadership (military and/or college or professional athletics considered).

Valid driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at‑fault accidents within the last 3 years.

No drug or alcohol‑related conviction in the past 5 years (e.g., DUI/DWI).

Authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
