Pay Range Base:

$42.00/hr – $49.00/hr

Signing Bonus:

$3,000–$5,000

About Us Valley Cities Behavioral Health Care is a non‑profit dedicated to providing inpatient and outpatient mental health services. Our staff are our greatest asset and we foster a supportive, inclusive environment.

Role Overview Therapists deliver client‑centered, evidence‑based treatment to military connected couples, families, and individuals. Core duties include assessment and treatment of mood disorders, PTSD, and adjustment disorders using evidence‑based interventions such as PE, CBT, and CPT.

Key Responsibilities

Provide evidence‑based treatment and assessment for individuals, children, couples and/or families.

Conduct screenings, psychosocial assessments, and progress documentation.

Collaborate with caregivers, physicians, directors, case managers and other support staff to help clients reach goals.

Attend weekly clinical, supervision and administrative meetings.

Provide services via telehealth as required.

Perform other duties as needed.

Requirements

Master’s degree in Social Work (LICSW), Counseling (LMHC), Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT) or

Minimum of three years of experience working with adults, children, couples and/or families.

Proficiency in DSM‑IV/DSM‑V diagnosis; experience diagnosing and treating PTSD.

Certification or documented proficiency in PE, CBT, CPT preferred; at time of hire licensed to practice.

Experience working with military populations or Veterans strongly preferred.

Proficient with Outlook, Word, Excel; PowerPoint and Access a plus.

Knowledge of clinical services and community resources.

Will work flexible hours: 8:30am‑7pm Mon‑Thurs, 8:30am‑3pm Fri; occasional evenings and weekends may be required.
