Temp - Registered Nurse (RN) - Medical Surgical ICU (MSICU) (Nights) Midland, MI Base pay range: $24.30/hr – $24.30/hr

Facility will not consider local candidates - 50-mile radius restriction.

This position performs a variety of integrated pre and post‑operative critical care functions using the nursing process while applying broad nursing knowledge in a caring, concerned manner. Duties include:

Assess patient for physical, emotional, psych/social and family support.

Organize and coordinate all aspects of patient care according to the patient’s real and/or perceived needs.

(25%)

Evaluate patient progress by correlating patient information with nursing knowledge to determine if goals are being met according to the patient’s plan of care or clinical path.

(25%)

Consult and collaborate with members of the healthcare team in planning and implementing total patient care for individuals.

2+ years of SICU experience –

Required

Open Heart Trained –

Required

BLS (AHA) & ACLS (AHA) –

Required

Prior Travel Assignment History –

Preferred

Epic EMR Experience –

Preferred

Certification Requirements:

ACLS

BLS

State License Requirements:

Michigan – Must be active.
