We are seeking a highly motivated
Registered Nurse Resource Float Pool PRN

Assessment: Conduct comprehensive, timely, and ongoing focused physical, psychosocial, and pain assessments; include assessment of patient education needs. Planning: Utilize assessment data to formulate nursing diagnoses, goals, teaching plans, and outcomes; incorporate family into care. Implementation: Prioritize and implement an efficient nursing plan of care. Evaluation/Reassessment: Conduct timely evaluation and anticipate changes in patient conditions; adjust plan of care as needed; collaborate with the patient care team and communicate effectively with physicians and other members of the team. Maintain efficient patient flow; recognize and report errors; initiate corrective action; document accurately in the patient medical record. Qualifications
Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date. Registered Nurse with six months continuous RN experience. Associate Degree, Bachelor’s Degree, or Registered Nurse Diploma. Preferred 2 years RN experience with floating experience. We are an equal opportunity employer.
