$3 PIB. $12,000 Sign‑on Bonus. $35–$44 an hour.
Responsibilities
Provide resident care in accordance with acceptable standards of nursing practice and the written plan of care as well as physician's plan of treatment.
Follow a plan of care designed by our Nurse Manager.
Perform medication administration and treatments per POC.
Monitor residents' conditions and report accordingly.
Accurate documentation in accordance with the provided orders.
Qualifications
A current, unencumbered active license to practice as an RN in the state of Rhode Island.
Valid BLS Certification (CPR).
Ability to work with multiple patients at once.
