Salt Lake City Headquarters, 4-day hybrid in-office schedule. Position Summary & Day-to-Day Responsibilities
The Pricebook Manager leads the team and drives the execution, optimization, and innovation of Maverik’s Pricebook systems. Responsibilities include: Lead, develop, and mentor the Pricebook team, including hiring, training, and talent development. Oversee execution, maintenance, and continuous improvement of Maverik’s PDI Pricebook. Establish and enhance Pricebook SOPs, ensuring compliance with best practices. Serve as a key cross‑functional liaison with Pricing, IT, Accounting, Category Management, Audit, and Inventory teams. Ensure accurate execution of in-store pricing, including standard and promotional price data inputs. Maintain system alignment across ERP, POS, and other platforms with Pricebook dependencies. Support product setup, vendor profiles, authorizations, promotions, and rebate accruals. Oversee site traits, store attributes, and store profiles to support retail operations. Qualifications
5+ years of experience in retail information systems, Pricebook, merchandising, rebates, or accounting. Experience working with ERP or POS retail systems. 1+ years of leadership or people-management experience, with demonstrated ability to develop and coach teams. Strong cross‑functional communication and relationship-building skills. Ability to manage operational complexity, troubleshoot issues, and execute with precision in a fast-paced environment. Bonus points if you also bring
Experience with PDI or PDI Pricebook systems. Exposure to category management, accounts payable, or inventory management. Experience supporting 24/7 operations or responding to urgent systems issues. Compensation & Benefits
Pay Range:
$95,000–$102,000 + DOE and Bonus Opportunities. The range represents a general guideline; Maverik considers scope, responsibilities, experience, education, skills, and market conditions. Benefits Include: Full Health, Dental, and Vision Package with company contribution. In-store and Fuel Discounts. Retirement plan with company match (401K). Eligibility for the annual incentive bonus program. Profit Sharing:
