Brand Ambassador – Part-Time
Bring American Eagle’s brand to life every day. Provide an amazing shopping experience and build loyalty.
Your Responsibilities
Engage guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find exactly what they’re looking for with a “friends first” mindset.
Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and suggest items that fit their needs.
Introduce the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
Flexibly support the team across the Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy.
Assist teammates, demonstrating strong teamwork and a commitment to getting the job done.
Act with integrity and follow all AEO policies and procedures.
Qualifications
Enjoy interacting with people and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
Energetic and capable of handling multiple tasks.
Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays when guests shop.
Passion for AE and Aerie products.
Prior retail experience preferred.
Minimum age 16 years.
