Our client, a leading company in the diagnostics space, is actively expanding their sales team in Illinois! This is a high-impact role designed for ambitious, driven individuals with a proven track record in sales.

Candidates must live in Illinois and will cover the entire state! The job is posted as hybrid, but the role is 100% field based and will not require any time in office.

Compensation: Strong Base salary + Uncapped Commission / Top reps making $400k+

What You’ll Do

Field sales opportunity - out in your territory each day hunting new business!

Work autonomously to identify leads, close deals, and onboard accounts

Build and nurture strong relationships with healthcare providers and key industry contacts.

Focus exclusively on growth; this role is not about maintaining existing accounts.

Qualifications

Hunter Mentality : Demonstrated ability to generate and close new business—ideal candidates are growth-focused and highly motivated.

Lab Sales Experience Preferred : 2+ years of experience in lab/diagnostics sales OR medical device sales, with a strong track record of success in the industry.

MUST HAVE RELATIONSHIPS IN PAIN MANAGEMENT or Behavioral Health
