Role Description This is a full-time on-site role based in Lancaster, NY and possibly our Orchard Park location for an Executive Assistant. The Executive Assistant will support executive operations by managing schedules, preparing and reviewing expense reports, organizing documents, and ensuring smooth administrative workflows. Communication with clients, coordinating meetings, and providing executive-level assistance are integral parts of the role. This position requires strong organization and attention to detail in a professional environment.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance
Experience in preparing and managing Expense Reports
Proficiency in Executive Support and managing day-to-day activities for executive-level professionals
Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
Highly organized with attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively
Proficiency with office software, scheduling tools, and basic financial documentation
Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred
Familiarity with financial and investment advisory services is a plus
