Program Coordinator II (Temp) University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB Temp Services)

Overview The role is to provide administrative, personnel, and logistical support for a defined department program, often large or complex. The coordinator works under minimal supervision, follows established guidelines, and determines best approaches to accomplish assignments.

Responsibilities

Assist in program planning and setting program objectives.

Supervise support staff.

Act as a communication liaison and special events planner.

Interface with outside resources such as volunteers, alumni, patients, other professionals, and continuing education students.

Ensure adherence to program budget and other fiscal duties.

Assist with grant and contract preparation and submission.

Compensation Hourly Rate: $20.00

Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least one year of related experience required, or an equivalent combination of relevant education and experience.
