Job Summary
The Product Operations Lead is part of the store leadership team responsible for executing the store’s product strategy, including product operations and inventory management. They lead inventory shifts, oversee all back‑of‑house product operations, and ensure the floor and BOH are stocked and well‑organized. The role also influences team performance evaluations, hiring decisions, and acts as Supervisor on Duty (SOD) while managing inventory shifts. Additionally, the Product Operations Lead delivers a world‑class guest experience when working on the floor.
Core Responsibilities of the Job
Collaborate with store leadership to bring product strategy to life.
Plan, prioritize, manage, and lead inventory processing and accuracy activities in accordance with standard operating procedures.
Execute product actions such as pull backs, consolidations, and repricing.
Engage team members in inventory management by creating a fun and productive shift atmosphere.
Monitor product levels and communicate findings to support sell‑through strategy and optimal product availability for guests.
Review and interpret daily business data and metrics to inform actions, including product focus and pricing recommendations for outlets.
Participate in the store’s hiring process: recruitment, selection, onboarding, and training.
Address team member performance and provide ongoing learning support through direct feedback, coaching, and hands‑on experiences.
Foster a respectful and inclusive team environment by building supportive working relationships.
When supervising on duty, move dynamically and lead from the floor to ensure every guest receives technical product education and a world‑class experience.
Job Requirements
Legally authorized to work in the country of the store location.
Reliable transportation and ability to travel to the assigned store.
Schedule / Availability
Work schedule varies based on store needs.
Shifts include mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Peak times, special events, or circumstances may require early mornings or late nights/overnights.
Experience
1 year of work experience.
Experience with inventory management, product or visual merchandising, stocking, or logistics using business technology.
Experience leading, mentoring, delegating, or implementing processes with others.
Job Assets (Nice to Have)
High school diploma / GED / equivalent or higher education.
Retail, sales, distribution center, or warehouse operations experience.
Experience interpreting business reports and metrics.
Food safety and/or liquor service certification for experiential stores with food/beverage service.

Compensation & Benefits Package
Base pay range: $21.50 - $24.74 per hour.
Target bonus: $2.00 per hour.
Total target base pay range: $23.50 - $26.74 per hour.
