We’re looking for a Marketing Project Manager who thrives on keeping creative work moving smoothly for one of our awesome clients in Nashville, TN.
The Marketing Project Manager is the operational heartbeat of our client’s work. You’ll manage timelines, budgets, resources, and communication across multiple campaigns, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and at a high creative standard. You’ll work closely with creative, strategy, and production teams to turn ideas into reality.
Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end project timelines for marketing and advertising campaigns
Create and maintain project plans, schedules, and status reports
Coordinate cross-functional teams (creative, strategy, media, production)
Act as the day‑to‑day point of contact for internal teams on project status
Track scopes, budgets, and resourcing to prevent overages
Identify risks, bottlenecks, and dependencies, and proactively solve them
Ensure deliverables meet client expectations and agency quality standards
Support process improvements and workflow optimization across the agency
Qualifications
4+ years of project management experience in an advertising or marketing agency
Strong understanding of creative workflows and marketing deliverables
Excellent organizational, communication, and time‑management skills
Comfortable juggling multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment
