Responsibilities
Engage guests using the AE Selling Model, guiding them to products that fit their needs.
Educate guests on AEO and Aerie product details and suggest fitting options.
Introduce and promote the AEO loyalty program.
Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
Proactively resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
Assist teammates to complete the job and support teamwork.
Adhere to AEO policies and procedures with integrity.
Qualifications
Passionate about interacting with people and with retail environment.
Energetic and able to manage multiple tasks in fast‑paced setting.
Available evenings, weekends and holidays.
Love AE & Aerie products and have prior retail experience.
Minimum 16 years of age.
