Brand Ambassador – Part Time (Mesquite, TX)
American Eagle Outfitters Inc. (AEO) is hiring a part‑time Brand Ambassador to bring our brand to life in the store. You will provide an amazing shopping experience, build brand loyalty, and represent company values.
Responsibilities
Engage guests using the AEO Selling Model and create a “friends first” atmosphere.
Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and suggest fitting options.
Introduce the AEO loyalty program and brand channels.
Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom as needed.
Resolve guest concerns proactively while adhering to company policy.
Assist team members to “get the job done.”
Maintain integrity and comply with AEO policies & procedures.
Qualifications
Passionate about retail and AE/Aerie products.
Excellent people‑person skills, energetic, and able to multitask.
Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
At least 16 years of age.
Prior retail experience is preferred.
