Base Pay Range $20.00/hr – $24.00/hr
Working Hours Part‑time, hourly with flexible scheduling.
Location Silver Spring, MD (Montgomery and Prince George Counties)

Job Responsibilities
Provide direct ABA instruction according to the educational plan outlined by the Board Certified Behavior Analyst.
Participate in collaborative team meetings with BCBA and other Behavior Therapists on the case.
Communicate frequently with family members by providing debriefs at the end of each session and resources/strategies for home and community consistency.
Collect daily data and organize the child’s program book weekly.
Maintain confidentiality of information regarding children and families in accordance with state and federal regulations.
Qualifications
Passion for working with children, families and therapists.
At least 1–2 years of experience with children ages 2–21 in a supervised setting, or successful completion/current enrollment in an undergraduate program in psychology, healthcare, human services, education or a related field.
Experience using ABA preferred.
Successful completion of ABA training (online and in‑person) provided by Achieve Beyond.
Self‑motivated, a team player, exhibiting patience and professionalism.
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills with children, family members and supervisors.
Comfortable working in a home‑based setting.
Physical Requirements
Travel to and from assigned cases (driving, walking, bus, train).
Climb and descend staircases.
Lift 10 pounds regularly.
Sit on floor, kneel and/or crawl for extended periods.
