What You Will Be Doing
Leveraging AI to create interactive experiences that render historical moments and geographic concepts tangible and lasting for learners.
Examining learning analytics to identify trends that shape adaptive educational pathways, guaranteeing each student’s experience remains both effective and compelling.
Building innovative digital tools that animate historical personalities and world environments, spanning virtual time travel to deeply immersive cultural encounters.
Working with a cross-functional team of educators and technology specialists to develop breakthrough methods that transform social studies teaching and learning.
Converting intricate historical and geographic ideas into accessible, engaging material powered by AI-based personalization.

Overseeing conventional curriculum structures or getting mired in administrative tasks—this position focuses on innovation and tangible outcomes.
Working in isolation—you’ll collaborate with a dedicated team of experts focused on expanding what’s possible.
Relying on traditional textbook approaches—your contributions will transform how students engage with historical and geographic content.
Curriculum Developer Key Responsibilities Produce quantifiable gains in students’ command of social studies material, doubling the rate at which they absorb essential historical and geographic understanding through cutting‑edge, AI‑powered approaches.
Basic Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or higher in History, Geography, or a related field.
3+ years of experience teaching or developing social studies curricula, with demonstrable results in improving student outcomes.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
Experience with AI applications in education, such as content creation, adaptive learning, or data analysis.
Outstanding communication skills to translate complex social studies topics into engaging narratives.

Working with us This is a full‑time (40 hours per week), long‑term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
