Administrative Assistant – Application Support Join Samaritan as an Administrative Assistant for the Application Support team. Pay rate: $19.50 – $23.89 an hour.

Description An organized and diligent job‑seeker is needed to support the Clinical Service Department’s daily functions. As the Administrative Assistant, you will assist employees with all application issues/requests and provide clerical support to the Clinical Service Department.

What You’ll Do

Serve as administrative support to the Clinical Systems department, answering telephone calls, emails, and requests from other departments with all application issues/requests.

Respond to all requests/tickets in the Clinical Applications email group during the business day and gather necessary information for resolution of tickets.

Work with our helpdesk and other IT consultants on projects.

Gather necessary information when reports are requested.

Assist with supporting the Hospice EMR with weekly/monthly reporting, integration log failures, online activity review and other duties as needed to maintain its integrity.

Assist with team projects led by the Clinical Systems department.

Assist with optimization of all agency departments as needed.

Research information to solve problems presented to Clinical Systems.

Other tasks as assigned by supervisor.

What You’ll Bring To Our Team

Minimum of 3 years experience in a clerical role.

Experience with electronic medical records.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365; Excel required.

Strong computer skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Bilingual is a plus.
