Restaurant Manager Responsibilities & Qualifications We want for you to have:
2+ years of current restaurant manager experience
Passion for the business and compassion for people.
Outstanding leadership and communication skills.
Ability to recruit, develop and motivate team members.
Flexibility.
Must be able to create fun in a fast-paced environment.
Proven ability to select and train Hourly Team Members
Proven track record of guest driven focus
The ability to prove you are eligible to work in the US
