Commission What You’ll Do
Manage and grow a book of existing client accounts across all freight business lines. Deliver exceptional service, handling escalations and ensuring 100% client satisfaction. Identify and close new business opportunities, targeting prospective 3PL corporate accounts with an emphasis on international along with LTL business to expand market presence. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of shipments and client requests. Monitor account performance, providing insights and solutions to optimize client success. Proven experience in sales account management, specifically in freight, logistics, or transportation. Strong customer service skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
