We are seeking a talented Administrative Assistant to support our water department and contribute to our team of creative and energetic employees who deliver the best vendor experience every day. The role involves coordinating sales activities, managing appointments, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to confirm scheduled sales appointments
Take inbound sales calls from customers, technicians, and leads
Schedule and dispatch sales calls in Service Titan
Follow up on non-sold jobs and on appointments needing rescheduling
Handle sales-related emails and weekly sales reporting
Maintain sales consultant schedules
Assist in day-to-day needs of the water department to support success
Communicate with a diverse customer base, vendors, and coworkers
Ensure customer reporting is completed accurately and in detail
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
Strong phone skills and ability to redirect customers to keep them committed and engaged
Persuasive mindset and ability to adapt sales practices to potential customers
Positive, customer‑centric attitude and willingness to pitch in and help others
Self‑starter, motivated, able to work independently in a rapid‑paced environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, assertive yet friendly on the phone
Strong computer skills (Excel, Outlook, Word) and ability to learn Service Titan
Experience with Service Titan is a plus, but not required
Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
Bi‑lingual a plus, but not required
Comfortable making, taking, and redirecting calls
Compensation & Benefits
$22.00 to $24.00 per hour
