to join our team. In this role, you will support the Used Vehicle Sales Manager in overseeing sales operations, developing sales strategies, providing guidance to the sales team, and ensuring exceptional customer service. To be successful, you will have excellent customer service skills, taking the time to relate to your guests to establish and maintain positive relationships, whilst continuing to grow our guest base. Engage with customers in a professional and friendly manner Understand and meet customer needs through effective product knowledge Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle features Negotiate pricing and close sales YOU
Passionate about the automotive industry Outstanding communication skills with a strong customer-focused approach Self-motivated and financially driven, with a passion for closing deals Focused on delivering results and exceeding customer expectations Available to work late night every Wednesday and a half day every Saturday Hold a current WA driver’s licence Hold a vehicle salesperson’s licence or have the ability to obtain one Proven success in a dealership environment is highly regarded What’s in it for YOU
