Role Summary Join our high‑energy customer retention team as a full‑time outbound call centre consultant. You will contact existing Autoleague customers to secure vehicle service appointments and maximise customer retention.

Key Responsibilities

Build rapport with customers.

Clearly communicate service benefits.

Drive appointment bookings and hit KPIs.

Deliver exceptional customer service consistently.

Qualifications & Skills

Positive, can‑do attitude with willingness to learn and grow.

High integrity, professionalism and strong team spirit.

Experience in outbound calling or contact centre sales (preferred).

Confident, engaging phone manner.

Strong computer literacy, with ability to multitask across multiple systems.

Proven sales skills, including objection handling and closing.

Track record of meeting or exceeding KPIs.

Excellent attention to detail and strong time management.
