Pay Range $53,000.00 / yr – $65,000.00 / yr
Benefits
Bonus potential up to $25,000 annually (eligible for bonus every 4 weeks)
Closed on major holidays: Easter, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve & Christmas Day
Managers work a half day every other week (two 5‑day weeks and two 4.5‑day weeks per 4‑week period)
6th day pay for working over a 5‑day workweek (paid 1/5th of weekly salary)
Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability insurance; company meals; 401(k) retirement plan
Up to 5 weeks vacation per year based on tenure (first week after 4 months)
Eligible for 2 weeks paid sick leave per year
Paid days off for Bereavement, Maternity, and Paternity Leave
Uniforms (shirts, pants, shoes, belts, hats) paid by the company
Responsibilities In this RM role, you will manage restaurant front or back‑of‑the‑house operations while working as a member of the restaurant management team.
Preferred Experience
2+ years of Full‑Service Restaurant Management or Fast‑Food Restaurant GM experience
Experience managing & developing hourly team members
A passion for service and commitment to serving great food to guests
