Complete Care at Oak Ridge is seeking an experienced and compassionate
Director of Nursing (DON)
to lead our nursing department. This is a key leadership role responsible for ensuring exceptional clinical care, regulatory compliance, and a supportive environment for both residents and staff.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide clinical leadership and oversight for all nursing operations
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
Lead, mentor, and develop nursing leadership and frontline staff
Oversee quality measures, surveys, and corrective action plans
Collaborate with the Administrator and interdisciplinary team to achieve facility goals
Ensure resident-centered care and high clinical standards
Monitor staffing, scheduling, and clinical competencies
Drive quality improvement initiatives and positive survey outcomes
Qualifications:
Active
RN license
(West Virginia)
Prior Director of Nursing experience in a skilled nursing facility preferred. (Strong ADONs with proven leadership experience encouraged to apply)
Minimum
2 years of nursing leadership/supervisory experience
in long-term care
Strong knowledge of state and federal regulations
Proven ability to lead teams, manage change, and drive clinical excellence
Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
